Acceptable use
  • No abuse, attacks, or attempts to bypass limits.
  • No illegal content or prohibited activity.
  • Respect third-party terms for any linked resources.
Limits and quotas

API access is gated by plan points and rate limits (minute/day). Exceeding limits may throttle or error.

Premium plans offer higher quotas and features; see the Pricing details.

Availability

APIs and versions may be set offline for maintenance or upgrades. See the Status page for updates.

We may change or deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice via the Changelog.

Service Level & Data Retention

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans (free tier excluded). Maintenance windows and incidents are posted on the Status page. If uptime falls below targets, service credits may be applied at our discretion.

Logs and usage metadata are retained up to 90 days for security and analytics unless a longer period is required by law. Account deletion removes personal data and revokes keys; backups may persist for up to 30 days.

Deprecation Policy

When an API or version is deprecated, we provide advance notice and a migration path. Critical security fixes may require accelerated timelines. Deprecated versions may be removed after the posted sunset date.

Communications & Marketing (Sky Pix)

ApiNest is a Sky Pix product. We may email you about ApiNest and related Sky Pix products or updates. Your contact details are used for our own communications only and are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Your emails are stored in Sky Pix systems; access is limited to authorized personnel.
